What is agrimory extract?
The scavenging effect of agrimory extract on nitrite in feed, HJHERB prepared agrimory extract by ultrasonic extraction process, and the scavenging rate of nitrite was determined by spectrophotometry.
The results showed that the extract concentration, action time and clearance rate were in good logarithmic curve relationship. under the condition of simulated gastric juice in vitro, 10 mg/mL agrimory extract reacted with nitrite for 30 min, and the clearance rate was 95.37%. the removal rate of nitrite in the four kinds of feeds by herba agrimoniae was all above 27%, which proved that it could reduce the residual amount of nitrite in the feed to a certain extent. Compared with the direct scavenging reaction, the scavenging effect of agrimory extract on nitrite in the feed was obviously weaker.
